AERO successfully converted a decades-old building, formerly a convenience store, into Lavender & Honey’s new South Bay location. This tenant improvement project preserved the original store’s light and airy feel while incorporating a beach-focused design tailored to the Redondo Beach community. The completed space brings a beloved Pasadena neighborhood brand to the South Bay, offering a fresh and inviting destination for locals and visitors alike.
