Located in downtown Inglewood directly across from the new metro station, this 83-unit apartment building is positioned to add to the growing downtown core. The project sits on a through lot with over 30 feet of grade change from north to south. The building is split into two residential wings with amenity space located in between. La Colina Drive to the south is a substandard street that ends in a dead end in order to provide for better emergency services to the area. The project incorporates a turn around large enough for ladder fire trucks.
This project is in the early phase of planning, and it will require rezoning the property from industrial and low-density residential to high-density residential.
