When asked to envision a headquarters office for 4th MVMT, a social equity company with a focus on the cannabis industry, AERO COLLECTIVE designed a space to highlight the education and collaboration that the company provides. Located at the intersection of La Brea and Slauson in an existing 2- story industrial building, the main multipurpose gathering space and classroom was placed at ground level along the building's street frontage with additional open office space located on the first floor. A communal kitchen and dining area was situated at the rear of the first floor with access to a large outdoor patio and garden.  

Upstairs contains an open office space, executive offices, a smaller conference room, a kitchenette, and a podcast studio. A two-story atrium connects the levels and the ground floor reception area. Along with the interior renovation, a large mural by a local artist is located on the west elevation.
