AERO is converting two unused commercial building pads into a five-acre, three-building residential complex with a mix of townhomes and apartments. Because the site was intended for retail and big box, it has all the infrastructure in place, reducing some typical project costs for the developer. Our team is working to create a residential feel among the large parking lots on a plot of land never intended for housing.

The townhomes will be situated in two buildings and offer a range of two- and three-bedroom layouts. The 70-unit apartment building with one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments will be a three-story structure centered around an inner courtyard with a pool. Other amenities include a fitness center, community room, and co working space for all residents.

To the development's west, residents will have access to Monticello Park, a large city park. Our team is incorporating solar carports to provide sustainable energy options for residents.
